How BodyshopPro works

From your first call with us to your first booked job - here’s exactly what happens and what we need from you along the way.

Coverage and job types

We start with a short call to agree your coverage area (usually a postcode radius that matches where you actually want to do business), and the job types you want more of - accident repair, resprays, paintless dent removal, insurance-approved work, private-pay work, or a mix.

We only take on one bodyshop per active postcode area, so we’ll confirm your area is available before anything else moves forward.

Campaign build

We build and launch search and local social campaigns aimed at people actively looking for bodywork repair near you - not generic brand awareness ads. That includes the ad accounts, targeting, creative, and a landing page built around your bodyshop.

Tracking is set up from day one, so every enquiry can be traced back to the campaign and area that generated it.

Lead delivery

Enquiries can be routed however suits your front desk: a direct phone call, an SMS or email notification, or a shared spreadsheet you check each morning. We’ll set this up during onboarding.

Response speed matters more than almost anything else in this process - the faster you get back to a new enquiry, the more of them turn into booked jobs.

Ongoing management and reporting

We monitor and adjust campaigns on an ongoing basis rather than setting them up once and leaving them running. You’ll get a regular summary covering lead volume, job types, and area performance, and we’ll flag anything worth changing.

Coverage and job types aren’t fixed forever - if you want to widen your area or shift focus to a different type of work, we can adjust.

What we need from you

Accurate capacity

An honest sense of how many extra jobs a month you can actually take on, so we don’t send more enquiries than you can turn around.

Fast responses

Getting back to enquiries quickly, ideally the same day, since conversion drops sharply the longer a customer waits.

Honest feedback

Telling us when a lead wasn’t a good fit, so we can refine targeting rather than repeat the same mismatch.
