Frequently asked questions
Everything bodyshop owners usually ask before getting started.
Are the leads exclusive to my bodyshop?
Yes. We work with one bodyshop per active postcode area, so an enquiry generated in your area is only ever sent to you - never resold or shared with a nearby competitor.
How do you generate the leads?
Through managed Google and Meta campaigns targeting people actively searching for bodywork repair in your area, backed by a landing page and tracking built specifically for your bodyshop.
How quickly will I start receiving leads?
Most bodyshops start seeing enquiries within two to three weeks of campaigns going live, following a short onboarding call to confirm coverage, job types and pricing.
What happens if lead quality isn’t good?
Tell us. We review lead quality during your initial four-week period and adjust targeting based on your feedback - the aim is a steady flow of jobs you’d actually want, not just volume.
Is there a contract?
There’s a four-week initial period while campaigns bed in, then it’s 30 days’ notice either way. No annual lock-in.
What areas do you cover?
We’re onboarding independent bodyshops across England, Scotland and Wales, one exclusive partner per postcode area. See our coverage page for areas we’re currently active in.
Do you handle insurance-approved work differently to private pay?
Yes. Campaigns can be built around private-pay repair, general accident repair, or a mix, and we’ll tailor targeting and messaging to the job types you tell us you want more of.
How is this different from a lead marketplace or directory?
A marketplace sells the same enquiry to several bodyshops and lets you compete on price to win it. We don’t do that - leads are exclusive to your area, and we manage the campaigns end-to-end rather than leaving you to bid or self-serve.
